What is it?

L.A.C.E. UP! is MRA's annual active commute challenge. The challenge's goal is to encourage MRA communities to think about their daily routines and how small changes to incorporate more movement and activity can lead to long-term benefits - health, personal, economic, community, and environmental.

How it Works

There are two ways to participate:

  • Record your commutes with your class, school, family, workplace, or organization champion

 as a champion

  • Encourage your team to participate
