The MRA has a seven-member volunteer Board of Directors comprised of a President, Vice-President of Dehcho, Vice-President of North Slave, Vice-President of South Slave, and three Directors-at-Large.
The MRA Board of Directors meets at a minimum, twelve times per year, including two face-to-face meetings. Face-to-face meetings are typically two days in length, while video calls last one hour.
The Board’s primary role is to govern and provide leadership and direction for the Association to pursue its mission.
Check out our Governance Policies to find out more about the board's responsibilities as a whole (p.4) and individual board members (p.7).
