In many Indigenous cultures, the practice of gift-giving is to share one's resources to benefit and support others. Gifts are an intrinsic part of the sharing ethos of Indigenous people.
In keeping with this tradition, we ask that participants bring a gift (traditional teas, beading, spruce gum, etc. ) to exchange during the gathering.
Gathering precautions include providing: COVID-19 Rapid Antigen tests for all attendees to self-administer each morning, sanitizing stations throughout the venue, and optional mask usage.
